Directs the group's operations from first assessment through structuring, negotiation and close, aligning sponsors, advisers, capital and counterparties around a single file. A lawyer and venture investor who has built and backed companies in fintech, proptech, climatech and legaltech, and has led international initiatives with the Organization of American States and the U.S. Department of State on digital law, cybersecurity and investment policy. Educated across three continents; works in five languages.

Board Advisor, Government Affairs · GECOM
Carries the group's institutional relations: government affairs, multilateral organisations, regulated markets and the public-sector counterparties that sit behind cross-border trade. A former Secretary of Commerce and Undersecretary of Finance whose career also spans diplomatic service and external advisory work for the Organization of American States, and who today serves as Vice President of Government and Public Affairs of an insurance group.

Builds what the divisions operate on: the data architecture behind every transaction file, the controls over who reaches it, and the record each step leaves. Works at the research edge of the field — governed multi-agent AI, and applied cryptography that lets confidential material be processed without ever being exposed. Led two consecutive Ethereum Foundation programmes; previously President and Chief Innovation Officer of a fifteen-year software firm.

Project Development and Fund Structuring · GEFILMS
Structures investment projects, collective funds and the vehicles that carry them, and negotiates the contracts underneath. Two decades at the point where regulation meets capital: private, public and second-tier banking, hydrocarbons and commodities, telecommunications regulation, and the legal framework of a national film-industry tax incentive. Admitted to the bar summa cum laude and gold medal of her class.
